Shipping and Logistics Policy

International Shipments

For international orders, NGIT complies fully with the shipping policies and procedures of reputable global logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, and other express delivery services. All international shipments are subject to the terms and conditions of the selected courier.


Domestic Shipments (Vietnam)

Shipping Methods

1. Standard Delivery (via Postal or Courier Services):

  • 1–3 business days: For destinations within a 300 km radius of Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
  • 3–7 business days: For destinations beyond a 300 km radius of Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.

2. Same-Day Delivery (via Grab or similar services):
Available within Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City for eligible orders placed before the cut-off time.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD):
Available nationwide. Customers pay the delivery personnel directly upon receipt of goods.


Liability and Risk Management

When NGIT Selects the Shipping Service Provider:

  • NGIT's Responsibility:
    NGIT assumes full responsibility for the goods during transit, including risks of loss or damage, from dispatch until successful delivery to the customer.

  • Customer's Responsibility:
    Customers are required to inspect goods upon delivery. In the event of visible damage (e.g., scratches, breakage, deformation) or incorrect items, the customer must:
    • Record evidence of the issue in the presence of the delivery personnel.
    • Immediately contact NGIT Customer Service at 1900 8695.

Important: NGIT will not be liable for any claims related to damage or incorrect items if the issue is reported after the goods have been accepted without notation.

When the Customer Selects the Shipping Service Provider:

  • Customer's Responsibility:
    Customers bear full responsibility for the goods and any associated risks during transit, including loss or damage. NGIT will not be liable for any costs, delays, or damages incurred in such cases.

To ensure authenticity and avoid fraud, NGIT strongly recommends:

  • Purchasing only through NGIT’s official sales channels, including:
    • Our official website.
    • Authorized e-commerce platforms.
    • Certified NGIT retail outlets.
  • Making bank transfers only to NGIT's officially designated accounts.
